AI Review Assistance

Overview

AI Review Assistance is a mobile review companion we built during an internal hackathon to make writing thoughtful post‑stay reviews almost effortless. Instead of starting from a blank text box, guests quickly rate a few aspects of their stay (cleanliness, service, location, amenities, etc.), and the app uses generative AI to turn those signals into a polished draft review they can edit and submit in their own voice.

AI Review Assistance set out to answer a simple question: what if we could capture a guest’s impressions in a structured, low‑effort way and let AI do the heavy lifting of turning that into a high‑quality narrative?

Outcome

Our team’s work on AI Review Assistance went on to win first place in the hackathon, chosen from across all participating projects.

This work was carried through from discovery to delivery, shaped through multiple rounds of iteration, and is slated to ship in Q4 2026.
